Free-running is one of the fastest growing past-times in the world.
Through the recent Sunderland Adventure week, two free-runners from the city have travelled around teaching children the basics of the sport.
Craig Cheel and Aaron Turnbull from Apeuro held the sessions under the banner of the ‘Urban Games’.
They set out sessions to give people of any age and physical ability the chance to learn the new skill.
